When used daily for at least 2 weeks you will notice that you will start to become more able to include positive thinking in your thoughts. It won’t ‘stop‘ negative thoughts but it will introduce more balance to your thinking which can help lower anxiety and improve mood.

This is a great way to find out what I sound like and is another example of some of the great techniques I use in session. I don’t do spam and your details are 100% secure. This form is just to keep my own work secure and free from internet theft.

If you feel unable to invest in private therapy I will be adding other resources here that may be of use to you in the future, including local services that may provide subsidised therapy sessions.

Continuity of care is very important in therapy and this may not be available with NHS and voluntary sector service treatments as many are time-limited. But for short-term problems they can be helpful to some.
